Dates and Times
Our Personal training is done by our Fitness Consultant, Kaylee Woodward.. Our Consultant has a minimum of a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Applied Health from an accredited University and an Athletic Therapy certification from the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association.
